SETH DILLON is the CEO of the Babylon Bee, the world’s most trusted, factually accurate news source. Taking on the tone of a traditional news media publication, the Bee satirizes real-world events and public figures. Dillon’s experience with censorship and deplatforming has placed him on the front lines of the battle for free speech in the public square. He now speaks on college campuses and at conferences across the country about the effectiveness of humor, the moral imperative of mockery, and the dangers of censorship. As attacks against pro-life speech and witness increase, is humor part of the answer? He occasionally signs off Twitter to enjoy time with his wife and two sons in Juno Beach, Florida.
About Nevada Right to Life
Nevada Right to Life (501c4) is a statewide, non-profit, non-sectarian, non-partisan advocacy organization. We are the state affiliate of the National Right to Life Committee, the nation’s oldest and largest grassroots pro-life organization. NVRTL advocates for the right to life and right to life issues through education, legislation, political action, and public advocacy. NVRTL maintains a presence in Carson City during legislative sessions and provides voter guides and information for elections.
Nevada Right to Life Foundation (501c3) is the educational arm of Nevada Right to Life. The Foundation’s focus is educating Nevadans on the sanctity of life through all its ages and stages.
About the Friends for Life Gala
In 2006, a small group of pro-life Nevadans arranged a dinner at Lakeridge Country Club to hear a speaker and raise money for the pre-born. The speaker was motivating and the evening was so encouraging, the group decided to make it an annual event. Each year the event has grown, and with it, the influence of the pro-life movement in Nevada.
