STEWARDSHIP
Stewardship is about getting involved to give thanks for all that we have and knowing that all we are comes from God.
We are called to share out of gratitude, the many gifts and talents we have received.
- Gratitude can be shown by volunteering for various outreach and ministries.
- Gratitude can be shown through regular tithing to our parishes.
- Gratitude can be shown in extraordinary gifts.
The Office of Stewardship and Development is the first point of contact for any donation and/or grant request. This office oversees and manages all new construction and renovation projects in the Diocese. It is also responsible for the overseeing parish capital campaigns and assists in the procurement of grants to help fund some of the projects.

CATHOLIC SERVICES APPEAL
The Annual Catholic Services Appeal, or CSA, raises funds for the various ministries and efforts of evangelization within the Diocese of Reno. This is an essential appeal and needs the support of all Catholic people to the degree that any person can give. The campaign begins in February and concludes the following January. Each parish is given a goal, and once that goal is met, any amount donated over that goal is returned to the parish as a rebate. Parishes will use this rebate to do repairs, pay down debt, or help with their charitable works.

THE CATHOLIC SERVICES APPEAL MAKES IT POSSIBLE FOR US AS DISCIPLES OF JESUS CHRIST TO SERVE THE PEOPLE OF GOD ON A SCALE THAT A SINGLE PARISH COULD NOT POSSIBLY DO ON ITS OWN.
The Catholic Services Appeal unifies us as Catholics in the Diocese of Reno. Each year we demonstrate we are one Church in our efforts to assist our missions, parishes, and other ministries within our diocese.

Among us are parishes unable to make ends meet on their own. CSA helps fill the gaps and keep the lights on for the faithful in those areas. In addition, CSA provides critical funding for the Newman Center at Our Lady of Wisdom, which provides a home for the Catholic students attending the University of Nevada.
