Catholic Charities of Northern Nevada: Thanksgiving Baskets and Holiday Spirit Baskets Available

Catholic Charities provides Thanksgiving meal baskets through their Food Pantry’s Gathering Together event. Pre-registration is required and has been open since October, the registration link is below. Thanksgiving baskets include turkey, mashed potatoes, stuffing, green beans, cranberry sauce, canned corn, gravy and dessert.
Thanksgiving Basket location pickup:
St. Vincent’s Food Pantry 11/18-11/20: 9am-12pm and 1pm-4pm and 11/23: 9am-12pm
Winnemucca Neighborhood Center 11/19: 12:00pm-4:00pm
Moana Neighborhood Center11/21: 12:00pm-4pm
Sun Valley Neighborhood Center11/22: 12:00pm-4pm
The Nugget Casino Resort is providing free meals in the St. Vincent Dining Room on Thanksgiving from 11:00am – 1:00pm. (no registration is required).
Holiday Spirit Food Basket registration is now open. Christmas baskets include ham, mashed potatoes, pancake mix, bread or rolls, spaghetti sauce, pasta, mixed fruit, green beans, pudding or pie. Registration is required, link to register is also below.
