During the orientation day, participants received their binder with instructions and templates for all the components of the program, such as the readings they have to do before each class, how to plan and deliver the community prayer, and how to develop the pastoral project they have to design during their year of formation.

They were also provided with a historical overview based on Church documents in relation to the ministry of the laity and the need for them to receive suitable human, theological, spiritual, and pastoral formation for the development of their ministry in the Church.
